Sales Coordinator

Responsibilities:

  • Provide sales support to the sales team in Hong Kong
  • Handle outbound calls to warm customers
  • Provide good customer service with internal and external parties
  • Explore potential merchants
  • Handle daily document checking
  • Communicate with our existing merchants
  • Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements:

  • Diploma or above in any disciplines
  • Minimum 1-year working experience is preferred, fresh graduates will also be considered
  • Pro-activeness and flexibility in changing demands
  • Strong team player, willing to communicate internally and externally
  • Self-motivated, hardworking with good interpersonal skills, responsible, and willing to learn
  • Proficient in MS office
  • Fluent in spoken and written English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
